Circulation Policies and Procedures Manual

PINES Circulation Policies are approved by the PINES Executive Committee with input by the PINES Subcommittees and the PINES Library System Directors. Learn more about the PINES Circulation Policies & Procedures Project. Any PINES Library System Director may suggest a change to the existing policy to the Executive Committee for review. See the Documentation page for expanded instructions on specific Circulation procedures.

The PINES Circulation Policies and Procedures Manual was fully updated and converted to wiki format in conjunction with the move from the old 'xul' staff clien to the web-based staff client in early 2018. This allows for much more detailed change tracking, organization, cross-referencing, and searching. The instructions and screenshots are being updated for the new web-based staff client.
