Evergreen upgrade 1.4.0.7

Wednesday is Veteran's day, so some libraries will be closed that day.

This upgrade does not immediately require the staff client to be reinstalled -- v. 1.4.0.4 will continue to function.

However, none of the features, fixes and customizations available in 1.4.0.7 will be available until the staff client is upgraded.

The advantage to this is that, like many regions, you only have one person you prefer to reinstall your staff clients, you can work to create a plan throughout your libraries without experiencing any downtime. Before we accept any help desk tickets, however, we must insist that you upgrade to v. 1.4.0.7.
