FY09 Reports GPLS Staff Will be Running for PINES Libraries

PINES Directors and LocalAdmins,

GPLS PINES staff will be running FY09 reports and providing them on the PINES site at http://pines.georgialibraries.org/resources under the Fiscal Reports link.  The FY08 reports listed on that site define what criteria we use to pull this data.  So, use that to review what we are using versus what you may need instead.

These reports include the following:

Circulation by Circ Modifier and Stat Cat 1
NonCat Circulation by Type
Childrens Circulation
Large Print Circulation
Item Count by Circ Modifier and Item Stat Cat 1
Total Items by Language
Deleted Item Count
Patron Count
Bill Totals by Type
IntraPINES Loans

Some of these reports are snapshot reports in that they will need to be run at the end of the business day on June 30, 2009.  Those would be the bills, item counts, deleted item counts, and item count by language.

Please let me know via the Helpdesk if you feel that any other reports should be run for all PINES libraries or if you have specific needs for your library.
