Some 5xx notes should have information about the source of the note. Many times, the source is the book cover. Terms you can use to designate what part of the cover the information can be found are:

Summarization of Content (RDA 7.10)

“Provide a brief objective summary of the content of the expression if:

a) this information is considered important for identification or selection (e.g., for audiovisual resources or for manifestation designed for use by persons with disabilities)
and
b) sufficient information is not recorded in another part of the description.” RDA 7.10.1.3

Intended Audience (RDA 7.7)
