- Changed version information from 2010.05 to 2010.09.

- Amended library card requirement section (p.1):

	Previous wording:

	"A library card is required in order to check out materials.  A patron may use a 
	PINES card/barcode scanned to a handheld electronic device to check out materials 
	and use library services requiring a card when the image on the device is readable 
	by library scanning equipment [2010.02]."

	New wording:

	"A library card is required in order to check out materials [1999.05, 2010.09]."

- Corrected citation in Circulation -> Checkout/Renewal -> Policies (p. 17):

	Previous wording:

	"Policies
	A patron must present a card in good standing to borrow materials. A patron?s card 
	will be blocked, and no services may be obtained with it if the patron has 10 or more 
	overdue items, or owes $10 or more in unpaid fines and/or fees. Blocked services include 
	renewals [2009.05] and hold request placement [2008.02]. Delinquent borrowers who have 
	not reached these limits may still borrow materials; the system operator will be notified 
	that the patron is delinquent."

	New wording:

	"Policies
