The PINES upgrade is complete all services are back online.

PINES will be performing an upgrade to the servers this weekend and all PINES services including the PINES app will be unavailable during this time.

Schedule: PINES will be taken offline at 6pm on Saturday, January 16 and will be back online by 6am on Tuesday, January 19. (The public catalog and app may be back online sooner than that.)

The PINES System Administration team will be performing operating system upgrades on PINES servers for the next three Tuesday nights, beginning tomorrow, September 22.  We will begin maintenance at 9:00 p.m. and will be completed by 12:00 a.m.  We will be updating the underlying operating systems of each server, not affecting Evergreen. 

The team at ITS has scheduled a maintenance window on Friday, September 4 from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following morning to perform a networking hardware upgrade.  This requires all PINES and GPLS-hosted services to be offline during that window. 

The PINES System Administration Team will be performing system maintenance after 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11.  The maintenance will be complete by midnight.  All services will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

The PINES System Administration Team will be performing system maintenance on the Evergreen servers tonight, 7/14/2020 after 9:00 p.m.  Full system downtime will be required.  We anticipate that the maintenance will be complete before 11:00 p.m.
